Target Audience

This activity is intended for all professionals involved in delivering cardiovascular and stroke care, with particular emphasis on physicians, scientists, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, EMs, and practice administrators. Medical students and trainees, technicians, dietitians, and other health care professionals will also benefit.

AMA Credit Designation Statement - Physicians

The American Heart Association designates this enduring activity for a maximum of 33.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The American Heart Association is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Method of Participation and CME Certificate

The Stroke OnDemand product includes approximately 115 hours of lectures/sessions recorded at ISC 2020 offers up to 33.75 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM for successfully completing all CME-eligible sessions of this activity. You can browse/search the content by Day, Session, Presentation or Presenter.

This product includes selected CME-eligible sessions. Not all sessions are eligible for CME credit, to filter by sessions with CME credit select the check box Display Products with Available Credit. Those with CME credit will have a CME information and credit amounts next to the session. To receive CME credit for this product, you must:

  1. Purchase the product
  2. Watch the CME-eligible sessions of your choosing. You must watch all presentations in a session before completing the Post-Test.
  3. Complete the Post-Test by clicking the CME Information tab next to the Presentation tab. You must score 100% on the post-test to receive credit, but you will have the opportunity to re-take questions that you missed.
  4. Please select your Professional Designation since this will determine the Certificate type you will receive.
  5. CME credit must be claimed by February 17, 2022.

Note: You should not claim credit for an OnDemand™ session if you claimed credit for the same session at the Live Meeting. You must watch the entire session and complete the post-test to receive credit for the session. However, you do not have to view all presentations in the session and complete the test at the same time. You can take a test at any time after watching a session. The CME certificate generated will be cumulative and will list all sessions/tests completed.
