Note: You should not claim credit for an OnDemand™ session if you claimed credit for the same session at the Live Meeting. You must watch the entire session and complete the post-test to receive credit for the session. However, you do not have to view all presentations in the session and complete the test at the same time. You can take a test at any time after watching a session. The CME certificate generated will be cumulative and will list all sessions/tests completed.

How to Access Sessions OnDemand™ Online
To access Sessions OnDemand, Click the Login tab at AHA.OnDemand.org using your AHA username and password. Then Click My Account to see your sessions. Please note: Your AHA Username is the email address that you used to register for the meeting and/or is associated with your AHA account. You must use this email to access your OnDemand content.
If you have updated your AHA account or changed your email with AHA, you must contact support@OnDemand.org to have your OnDemand account updated as well.
Forgot your username or password?
Your username is the email associated with your AHA Member account. If you do not remember your password, you can use the Forgot Password by going to professional.heart.org and select Login. If you do not know your AHA username, please contact AHA call 1-800-AHA-USA-1.
Directions for using the Hard Drive:
Insert the Hard drive into the USB port of your computer.
Close any automatic prompts (such as “AutoPlay”) that you receive upon connecting the hard drive to your computer.
For PCs: Open My Computer and select the USB drive, then double click Play.
For MACs: Double click on the USB drive icon which will appear on your desktop and then double click Play.
If you do not have Silverlight or an HTML5 compatible operating system/browser, you may need to be online the first time you use the hard drive. To download Silverlight, go to www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight. Once you download Silverlight, the hard drive product can be used without an Internet connection.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I play a session?
Login into My Account using your AHA username and password. Then select a conference from my account. That will display the sessions associated with that conference. Each session will have multiple presentations. Press play on a presentation.
2. What if I don’t know my AHA Username and Password?
Your AHA username is the email that you used to purchase the product or registered for the meeting, if you were a meeting attendee. If you do not remember your password, you can use the Forgot Password by going to professional.heart.org and select Login. If you do not know your AHA username, please click here to contact AHA or call 1-800-AHA-USA-1.
3. Are there thumbnail/preview slides?
Yes, to view the thumbnails, you must be watching a presentation in full screen mode. To get to full screen mode, place your mouse over the video window while you are playing a presentation and a control panel will appear. Select the icon with box and arrow in the top right corner. The presentation will go into full screen mode and thumbnails will appear on the bottom of the screen.
4. I can’t hear the presentation. How do I fix that?
You may have up to three places that control the volume. Within the video window (place your mouse over the video window and there is a volume control on the bottom right), on your computer and on your speakers if you have external speakers.
5. How do I download presentations?
The videos cannot be downloaded. Presenters typically prefer to not have their presentations be downloadable. You can however download MP3s of the audio and PDFs of the Slides (6 slides per page). These will be available approximately 6 weeks post meeting. Once they are available, you will see links for MP3 and PDF at the individual presentation level.
6. Do I have to be online to watch presentations?
If you purchased a hard drive that it be automatically sent to you. The hard drive contains the same presentations as the online version, but you do not have to be online to watch the presentations on the portable drive. If you did not purchase the hard drive, then you must be online to watch presentations.
7. How do I watch presentations on my mobile device?
Scientific Sessions OnDemand™ is automatically formatted to play on most mobile devices. Simply log-in at AHA.OnDemand.org with your AHA Username and Password on your mobile device. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every mobile device as operating system requirements are constantly changing.
You must be online to stream sessions on your mobile device. Sessions cannot be downloaded to your mobile device. Most sessions should work over 3G/4G in addition to WiFi, however the quality will depend on the bandwidth available at any given location and time.
8. How long will I have online access for?
Sessions will be available online for 2 years from the date of the Meeting. If you purchased the hard drive, you can access sessions on your hard drive indefinitely.
9. I can’t find the session I want to watch, but it was listed as part of the product. How do I find it?
We can only publish presentations with speaker permission, which can change at any time. We do our best to keep the content list up-to-date; however printed materials may not reflect the most accurate content listing if a speaker has requested their presentation not be published after the content list was printed.
10. Can I get CME credit for watching the OnDemand videos?
Yes, you can claim CME credits for selected Scientific Sessions OnDemand™. Not all sessions are eligible for CME credit, to filter by sessions with CME credit Check the CME option and click Apply Filters. Those with CME credit will have a CME information and credit amounts next to the session. To claim credit, you must complete the post-test and evaluation. Once you’ve completed the test and evaluation, there will be an option to generate a CME Certificate or Certificate of Participation depending upon your professional designation.
