1. How do I view the live streaming sessions?

Login into My Account using your AHA username and password. Then select Live Events from the left navigation in your account. That will display the sessions associated with the live streaming product.

2. What if I don’t know my AHA Username and Password?

Your AHA username is the email that you used to purchase the product or registered for the meeting, if you were a meeting attendee. If you do not remember your password, you can use the Forgot Password by going to professional.heart.organd select Login. If you do not know your AHA username, please click hereto contact AHA or call 1-800-AHA-USA-1.

3. I can’t hear the presentation. How do I fix that?
You may have up to three places that control the volume. Within the video window (place your mouse over the video window and there is a volume control on the bottom right), on your computer and on your speakers if you have external speakers.

4. How do I watch presentations on my mobile device?
The Live Streaming product is automatically formatted to play on most mobile devices. Simply log-in at AHA.OnDemand.org with your AHA Username and Password on your mobile device. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every mobile device as operating system requirements are constantly changing.

You must be online to stream sessions on your mobile device. Sessions cannot be downloaded to your mobile device. Most sessions should work over 3G/4G in addition to WiFi, however the quality will depend on the bandwidth available at any given location and time.

5. How long will I have online access for?
Live Streaming provides access to the session while they are occurring live at the meeting. If you did purchase Stroke OnDemandTM with Live Streaming you will be able to access sessions for 2 years from the date of the Meeting.

6. Can I get CME credit for watching Live Streaming presentations?
No, CME is not available for the Live Streaming product. If you did purchase the Stroke OnDemandTM with Live Streaming you will be able to claim CME for selected sessions.

7. I still need help. Who do I contact for support?

Click on the Technical Support icon on the left navigation and you will be able chat live with a support Technician who can assist with your issue. Also you can email support@digitellinc.comfor additional support prior to the event.
